PRE & POST PARTUM

Tailored training to build your strength before your birth and then adjusting your training after having a baby. We keep training time to a minimum so you can fit it in around your new busy life and we get great results with it.

NUTRITION ADVICE

I have a slightly different approach when it comes to food, I give you a calorie target and depending on your goals, a protein target. We work to adjust your current eating habits rather than trying to give you a whole new diet!

DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

No. All the workouts are tailored to you so you can workout from wherever you feel like it, whether that be the gym, your house, the beach, the park, the supermarket…

WHAT IF IM A FITNESS BEGINNER?

Everyone is welcome. We start with the basics and because everything is tailored to you we can start wherever you are at! 

DO I NEED TO BE BASED IN THE UK?

Nope. Felicity Rosina Training is worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and a good attitude!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The 4 week programs are £49.99.
